Pickmy AI ("we") operates 10-Minute PVO Boat Licence. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle the data involved in this App and its website services.

- On-device learning data: your answer records, wrong questions, bookmarks, personal notes, mock exam performance and settings, so the App can show your progress and let you review content.
- Anonymous device identifier and sync data: the App generates a random identifier unique to each installation. When you use sync, free-quota or statistics features, our servers process this identifier, question-bank references, answer results, bookmarks, notes, sync codes and related quota data.
- Purchase verification data: payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect payment card details; to verify or restore purchases, the App submits transaction identifiers, product identifiers and the purchase-status data required to the server.
- Content you actively submit: if you report an issue with a question, we process the question identifier, the report category, and any explanation or suggested correction you provide in the report.
2. How We Use Data
The data above is used only to:
- Provide practice progress, wrong-question review, cross-device sync, free-quota management and peer statistics features.
- Verify or restore in-app purchases, and prevent abuse of the service.
- Handle question reports, respond to enquiries and improve the question bank and services.
3. Service Providers and Sharing
Sync, question bank, quota, statistics and question reporting are processed through the PickMyQuiz service servers. The Apple App Store or Google Play handle payments and store transactions in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data, except as needed to provide the service, comply with the law or protect the security of the service.
4. Retention, Control and Deletion
On-device learning data is retained until you use the App's clear-data function, or clear the App's data via your device operating system. If you have used the sync feature, data on the server may be associated with an anonymous device identifier or sync code. You may email info@pickmyquiz.com to enquire about, correct or request deletion of server data; please provide your sync code or other information sufficient for us to locate the data. We will handle such requests in accordance with applicable law and the security needs of the service.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data, including authentication mechanisms for requests between the App and the server. However, transmission over the internet and electronic storage are never completely secure.
6. Children's Privacy
This App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal data; if you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
